Passenger to receive $250,000 settlement after motorist strikes tree

$250,000 policy limit settlement in a personal injury case on behalf of a passenger against a motorist who failed to negotiate a curve on a county road and struck a tree. The plaintiff fractured his lumbar vertebrae resulting in spinal instrumentation and a lengthy course of physical therapy following surgery.
