Negligent motorist to pay $250,000 settlement after near head-on collision

$250,000 policy limit settlement in a personal injury case against a negligent motorist and the plaintiff’s underinsured motorist carrier in connection with a near head-on collision on a two-lane road. The plaintiff suffered tibial fractures that required surgery as well as a concussion.
