Settlement reached for a trucker’s failure to reduce speed at an intersection

$300,000 settlement for negligent operation of a commercial vehicle regarding a trucker’s failure to drive at an appropriately reduced speed while approaching an intersection. The plaintiff sustained multiple fractures when her car collided with the side of the tractor trailer.
