Case against a trucking company ends in $122,500 settlement

$122,500 settlement in a personal injury case against a trucking company for injuries sustained by an over-the-road truck driver who suffered a concussion and facial contusions when a semi-tractor trailer failed to yield the right of way on a state highway. The plaintiff was off work for several months due to his injuries.
