Update on Hammersley Litigation

Settlements have started being made in a number of lawsuits filed by past patients against doctor Hammersley. David Farnbauch and Sweeney Law Firm have handled about 30 of the 50 malpractice cases and have began to see settlements being reached and mediation conversations happening. According to Farnbauch, 127 of Hammersley’s 415 procedures were found to not meet the standard of care.
