$650,000 settlement in an adult wrongful death without dependents case against a medical clinic and a pharmacy in connection with the negligent administration of Toradol. The plaintiff had an aspiration event after surgery to repair a duodenal hernia which caused him to suffer acute respiratory distress and multi-system organ failure and death.
