David L. Farnbauch graduated from Valparaiso University Law School and was admitted to practice law in 1986. Mr. Farnbauch was a member of the Law Review at Valparaiso University Law School and published a law review article on the subject of aviation accidents. Mr. Farnbauch joined the Sweeney Law Firm in 1996. In 1999, Mr. Farnbauch was elected to the Board of Directors of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. In 2002, Mr. Farnbauch achieved Board Certification as a "Civil Trial Advocate" by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA). NBTA certification is only available to attorneys who have extensive experience in the courtroom and in preparing cases for trial. An applicant must pass an all-day examination before receiving certification from the NBTA as a civil trial advocate.
David L. Farnbauch handles cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, defective product claims, construction accidents, toxic exposure claims, unfair insurance practices, premises liability claims, traumatic brain injury cases and nursing home negligence.
